Food waste is responsible for about one quarter of the greenhouse emissions causing global warming every year. Changing the way we eat can have a great impact on reducing climate change in many ways. Should we all go vegan? Maybe vegetarian? Is meat really all that bad? What about plastic bags? Should I buy fresh or frozen vegetables? And what do I do with all the leftovers?!

Learn how to make better choices when shopping, cooking, eating and ordering food in an interactive and fun lecture.

We will also be sharing creative, easy tips and recipes to reduce your food waste :)
